What changes on day one
No more buddy punching
Biometric terminals at every entrance tie each punch to the right person, on every shift.
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
Rotations, overnight shifts and shift differentials are worked out automatically, including shifts that cross midnight.
Overtime under control
See who is heading past 40 hours before the week ends, and the labor cost of every line and department.
Consistent attendance policy
Points from tardies and no-shows are added automatically and the same rules apply to everyone, while protected leave never counts.
OSHA recordkeeping
Incident reports from the floor, OSHA 300 logs per establishment and TRIR and DART rates using real hours worked.
Lockout/tagout
QR-tagged machines show lockout status and overdue preventive maintenance before anyone starts them.
Scan the machine, report in a minute.
Operators and supervisors report incidents and near misses from the floor, and maintenance signs machines back into service on the same system.

Frequently asked questions
Can TNA-USA handle three shifts and overnight work?
Yes. Shifts that cross midnight are treated as one shift for scheduling, timecards and overtime, and you can set differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Can we keep separate OSHA logs for each plant?
Yes. Each establishment has its own OSHA 300 log and 300A summary, and TRIR and DART rates are shown by site.
Do biometric clocks work with gloves?
Different readers suit different conditions. Face and palm readers work well where gloves or dirty hands make fingerprints unreliable. We will help you choose the right terminals for each area.
