HR that runs on real attendance data.
Corrective actions, attendance points, performance, onboarding and offboarding in one place, all connected to the time clock and the employee record. No more points tallied in a spreadsheet or write-ups in a filing cabinet.
- Attendance points from the time clock
- I-9 and E-Verify checklists
- State final-pay rules

Consistent, documented and fair
Treat everyone the same way, and keep the paper trail you need if a decision is ever questioned.
Progressive corrective actions
Coaching, verbal, written and final written warnings. The system suggests the next step based on the employee's history.
Signatures and witnesses
Employees sign on the tablet or phone. If they refuse to sign, a witness is required before the action is saved.
Points from the time clock
Tardies, early departures and no-shows add points automatically. Approved PTO, FMLA, jury duty, military leave and work injuries never count.
Notes and reviews
Supervisors log praise and concerns as they happen. Reviews pull those notes in, and an approved raise updates the pay rate.
Cases and complaints
Track complaints and investigations, including anonymous concerns raised from the app, with restricted access.
Letters and workflows
At-will offer letters, warnings and separation letters from templates, with approval workflows and stand-ins.
Onboarding that never misses a deadline.

Frequently asked questions
How are attendance points calculated?
Points come straight from time and attendance exceptions. For example, a tardy after the grace period can add half a point and a no-call no-show three points. You set the values, the steps and when points drop off. Approved PTO and protected leave, such as FMLA, ADA accommodations, jury duty, military leave and workers' compensation, never add points.
Does it support progressive discipline?
Yes. Corrective actions follow your steps, such as coaching, verbal warning, written warning and final written warning. TNA-USA suggests the next step based on the employee's history and records signatures, or a witness when an employee refuses to sign.
Does onboarding cover Form I-9 and E-Verify?
Yes. Each new hire's checklist includes Form I-9 Section 1 by the first day of work, Section 2 within three business days, E-Verify, the W-4, direct deposit and the state new-hire report, with late steps flagged.
Does offboarding know each state's final paycheck rules?
The offboarding checklist shows a summary of the final paycheck rule for the employee's state, along with COBRA, benefits and equipment return steps. Rules change, so confirm with your payroll provider or counsel.
Are offer letters at-will?
The standard offer letter template includes at-will employment language, and you can edit every template to match your own policies.
